At GlowBio Peptides, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a request.1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange:- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
- The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
- Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety reasons
- Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:- Opened or used research chemicals and supplements
- Digital products (eBooks, downloadable guides, etc.)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:Step 1: Contact Us

- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Step 2: Return Authorization
Once we review your request, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with the return shipping address.Step 3: Ship the Item
- You must return the item within 7 days of receiving the RA number
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Step 4: Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email glowbiopeptides@gmail.com with photos of the issue.6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not been processed
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled
